ALL OF THE WORKOUTS ARE FILLED WITH CREATIVITY AND CHALLENGES BASED ON FIVE PRINCIPLES OF STRENGTH TRAINING:**

1. VOLUME- the amount of repetitions and sets (how much work you are doing)

2. INTENSITY- effort you put forth and/ or the amount of resistance (weight) used for exercise

3. REST- amount of rest between exercises and/ or sets

4. TEMPO- speed of exercise movements; keeping in consideration the amount of time the muscles are under tension

5. FREQUENCY- amount of times per week a workout is done to particular body parts

OUR COACH USES EFFICIENT TRAINING STRATEGIES AND A NO-EXCUSE APPROACH. IT IS PART OF THE GOAL; TO INSTILL MOTIVATION FOR PEOPLE TO PUT FORTH AN EXTRAORDINARY EFFORT AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE REGARDING TRAINING AND A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. WARRIOR WORKOUTS CAN BE MODIFIED FOR ANY PERSON'S NEEDS AND GOALS BY INCLUDING:

• BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES FOR MAX-STRENGTH, EXPLOSIVENESS, AND MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

• UPPER AND LOWER BODY PLYOMETRICS TO ENHANCE SPORTS SPECIFIC SPEED

GROUP SESSIONS $12/SESSION OR $100 FOR 10 SESSIONS Group sessions (Warrior Workouts)are challenging and different everyday. There are modifications built in for all ages and ability levels. See schedule updates as they may change. MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY:

  • 9:15 a.m. Warrior Workout Group Session (APPROX. 45 MIN)

PERSONAL TRAINING $35/SESSION Personal training could be tailored to your personal goals and ability level with Coach Mike's effective training methods. Another option is to train on the Nautilus equipment with a super-slow, high intensity protocol which is extremely safe, easy on the joints, and very effective. Ask about the FREE trial and a 10 pack special. Personal Training is available Monday-Saturday.

TEAM STRENGTH AND SPEED TRAINING $12/SESSION PER PERSON Team strength & speed training is fantastic for athletes or competitive people who thrive on fun, challenging, hard work experiences to enhance strength, speed, and athleticism for any sport. Contact Coach Mike if you have a team (or group) that is interested.

ONLINE TRAINING & NUTRITION COACHING $120/MONTH, $330/3 MONTHS, $600/6 MONTHS ADD ON ANY PERSONAL TRAINING FOR $30/SESSION Online training & nutrition coaching is great for people that have the self-motivation to workout at home or a gym, but need to guidance of a day-to-day workout plan, coaching for proper form & movements, and nutrition guidelines to follow. This takes the thought process out of it for you so you can focus on workouts and results. You would recieve a one month at a time; a 30 day customized workout plan and nutrition guidelines based on your goals. Check in with Coach Mike once a week to discuss progress and/or make any modifications, email/ text questions at any time, and keep moving forward.
