WARRIOR WORKOUTS ARE FILLED WITH CREATIVITY AND CHALLENGES BASED ON FIVE PRINCIPLES OF STRENGTH TRAINING:

1. VOLUME- the amount of repetitions and sets (how much work you are doing)

2. INTENSITY- effort you put forth and/ or the amount of resistance (weight) used for exercise

3. REST- amount of rest between exercises and/ or sets

4. TEMPO- speed of exercise movements; keeping in consideration the amount of time the muscles are under tension

5. FREQUENCY- amount of times per week a workout is done to particular body parts

OUR COACH USES EFFICIENT TRAINING STRATEGIES AND A NO-EXCUSE APPROACH. IT IS PART OF THE GOAL; TO INSTILL MOTIVATION FOR PEOPLE TO PUT FORTH AN EXTRAORDINARY EFFORT AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE REGARDING TRAINING AND A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. WARRIOR WORKOUTS CAN BE MODIFIED FOR ANY PERSON'S NEEDS AND GOALS BY INCLUDING:

• BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES FOR MAX-STRENGTH, EXPLOSIVENESS, AND MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

• UPPER AND LOWER BODY PLYOMETRICS TO ENHANCE SPORTS SPECIFIC SPEED

• WEIGHTED AND BODY WEIGHT MOVEMENTS FOR CORE STRENGTH AND DEVELOPMENT

• TRADITIONAL & UNCONVENTIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH (ROPES, TIRES, SANDBAGS, ETC.)

• CONDITIONING DRILLS TO ENHANCE EACH ENERGY SYSTEM AND BURN BODY FAT

GROUP SESSIONS $12/ SESSION or $110/ MONTH UNLIMITED SESSIONS

  • AS OF JULY 8, 2019 GROUP SESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY:
  • 5:45 a.m. Warrior Workout Group Session
  • 6:30 a.m. Warrior Workout Group Session
  • 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. Personal Training Sessions
  • 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Warrior Workout Youth Group Session (Through July)
  • 12:00 - 2:30 p.m. Personal Training Sessions
  • Saturdays and evenings by appointment

TEAM SESSIONS $10-$15/SESSION/ATHLETE-

  • MANY TEAMS COME TO TRAIN IN OFF-SEASON TIME TO IMPROVE STRENGTH, SPEED, AGILITY, FLEXIBILITY, COORDINATION, REACTION TIME, VERTICAL JUMP, AND EXPLOSIVENESS.

  • PRICE DEPENDS ON HOW MANY ATHLETES ON THE TEAM AND HOW MANY WEEKS THEY WISH TO TRAIN.

PERSONAL TRAINING WARRIOR WORKOUT SESSIONS $40/30 MIN.
